Apple Iphone 14 Pro Release Date: The iPhone 14 will be launched in India next week. Apple has announced that it will hold a launch event on September 7 where the company is expected to launch four new iPhone models. These phones could include the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max/Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The entire iPhone 14 series will be official in the global market including India. However, the release will take some time. Rumors suggest that the iPhone 14 series could go on sale around a week after launch. The official release date has yet to be confirmed by the brand.

Ahead of the official launch, rumors and leaks have already revealed almost everything about the iPhone 14 lineup. But the million dollar question is how much will the iPhone 14 cost in India?
Now, one of the latest reports suggests that the iPhone 14 will be priced slightly lower than the iPhone 13 in the United States. So does this mean that the iPhone 14 price in India will also be lower than the iPhone 13 India price?
Answer: No, really.
Let’s see what the new report suggests. Now, a report says that the iPhone 14 (possibly the 128GB model) will be priced at $749 (which is roughly Rs 60,000). As a reminder, the iPhone 13 was launched in the US for $799. Now, with this news in mind, the price of the iPhone 14 will be cheaper by $50 (which is roughly Rs 4,000).

Now coming to the most important question, will iPhone 14 be cheaper than iPhone 13 in India? Not really. Well, if you are an Apple iPhone enthusiast, you will know that iPhones are always more expensive in India than in the US. Now this is due to factors like high import duty, 18% GST, other charges and of course Apple’s own profit margin. For example: The iPhone 13 was launched in the US at $799 (which is around Rs 64,000), but it was launched in India at a much higher price. In India, the iPhone 13 has been launched at a price of Rs 79,990. This is for the base model.
Similar will be the case with the iPhone 14. The iPhone 14 price in India will be much higher than the US price. In fact, this year’s iPhone price in India could be slightly higher due to the weakening of the rupee against the dollar.

So how much will the iPhone 14 cost in India? Considering the current price of the iPhone 13, it could cost somewhere around Rs 85,000 for the base model. Currently, the iPhone 13 is available on the Apple Online Store at a starting price of Rs 79,990. On the other hand, third-party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Croma and others are selling the iPhone 13 at a heavily discounted price. Now, according to tradition, Apple could reduce the price of the entire iPhone 13 series, as well as the iPhone 12 series.
