TV actor Dalljiet Kaur shared photos from her haldi ceremony. The colorful pictures show Dalljiet and her fiance Nikhil Patel glowing in yellow suits with turmeric paste on their cheeks. Their children also joined in the celebrations.
The first photo in the album shows Dalljiet and Nikhil walking hand in hand. She is wearing a yellow saree with a blue blouse and he is wearing a yellow kurta with a yellow pajama. Another photo shows him looking at her mehendi and a third shows them sharing an intimate moment. The photo also shows Dalljiet with his family putting turmeric paste on himself. The last picture shows Dalljiet and Nikhil with their son Jaydon and his daughter Aariyaana. Nikhil also has another daughter.
Dalljiet shared the photos and wrote: “To new beginnings, step by step.”
Dalljiet met Nikhil at a party in Dubai and the pair got engaged in January in Nepal. Talking about her son’s relationship with Nikhil recently, she said in an interview with The Times of India, “Jaydon is quite mature for his age. I was already dating and he asked me if I was considering this guy for marriage. He always wanted a father, but I needed to make sure that I had a good father for him and a good husband for myself, because it was the business of our lives. However, when he first met Nik (Nikhil Patel) a few months ago, he addressed him as dad.
Dalljiet Kaur was earlier married to Bigg Boss 16 fame Shalin Bhanot. Dalljiet moves to Nairobi, Kenya after marrying her son Jaydon. Jaydon was born to Dalljiet and Shalin in 2014.
